Understanding your Capital Accounts view
Track Capital product status and activity across your small business portfolio.
The Capital Accounts view gives you a dedicated space to monitor your small business customers' Capital activity so your team can identify opportunities, support active borrowers, and follow up with customers who may need alternatives.
Note: The Capital Accounts tab is only visible for financial institutions with Autobooks Capital enabled.
Navigating the Capital Accounts tab
The Capital Accounts tab appears in the left navigation of the Autobooks Hub when Autobooks Capital is enabled for your institution. It displays a list of all your small business customers and their current status with the Capital product.
Capital statuses include: Ineligible, Prequalified, Accepted Terms, Approved, Declined, and more.
Each row in the list represents a unique small business. The company name is a clickable link that opens the full SMB Detail View. The following columns of data are displayed for each customer:
SMB ID — The Autobooks customer identifier.
Company Name — The legal business name on file.
Capital Status — The customer's current status in the Capital product.
Accepted Terms — Date and timestamp of when the customer accepted the Autobooks Terms & Conditions.
Application Submitted — Date and timestamp of when the customer submitted a Capital application.
Total Credit — The total dollar amount of the customer's approved Capital credit line.
Available for Advance — The dollar amount currently available for a draw on the Capital line.
Last Draw Date — The date the customer last took a Capital draw.
Last Draw Amount — The dollar amount of the most recent Capital draw.
Last Transaction ID — The transaction ID associated with the most recent Capital draw.
Last Update Date — The date and timestamp of the most recent Capital status update.
Capital activity in the SMB Detail View
Within any individual customer's SMB Detail View, you'll find a dedicated Capital tab — again, only visible if your institution has Autobooks Capital enabled.
This tab provides a detailed look at that customer's Capital activity, including:
- Their approval progress
- Prequalification offer details
- Advance details, if the customer has taken a draw
How your team can use this view
The Capital Accounts view is designed to help your team take targeted action across three groups of customers:
- Prequalified customers — Identify small businesses that qualify for Capital products and proactively promote applications and approvals.
- Active borrowers — Monitor customers who are using Capital to manage cash flow, and assess whether a longer-term small business loan may be a better fit.
- Declined or ineligible customers — Follow up with customers who weren't approved or didn't qualify, and connect them with alternative solutions where possible.
