Regular data transfers from the Hub can push your Autobooks program to the next level.
Autobooks has made it easy to set up an SFTP transfer from the Hub to your internal location of choice! Instead of manually downloading report data, Admins can set up a secure, automatic file transfer on a desired cadence.
Here's some details:
1) What is SFTP? SFTP stands for Secure File Transfer Protocol. It's a way to securely send and receive files over a network. SFTP uses the secure shell (SSH) protocol to encrypt data and verify the identity of the people involved in the transfer.
2) What is SFTP in the Hub important? An SFTP configuration in the Hub simplifies managing data updates and improve efficiency for our financial institution partners. The SFTP does not need manual updates when the data Autobooks sends out changes in the future, saving valuable IT time.
3) What data is included in the SFTP transfer? All data contained in our Small Business, Payments, and Referral data tabs are included in the SFTP transfer.
4) How can I maximize the benefit of an SFTP file transfer? Our most successful FI partners use SFTP to:
- Automatically transfer Small Business, Payments, and Referral data tables into their systems.
- Measure and evaluate ROI to make a case for increased investment in small business banking at your financial institution.
- Configure marketing segments to deliver timely messages to help customers complete enrollment and become active processing customers.
- Sell additional banking products and services to business banking customers based on their payment processing volume.
- Enable front line bankers to know whether a business banking customer in the branch is a good fit for Autobooks so they sell only to the best fit prospects.
- Trigger workflows at the customer interaction level by adding relevant Autobooks data to the CRM and branch tools.

- Expand the What IP Addresses should I... area at left to see a a list of addresses your IT resource will need to whitelist. Give this list to IT so that your file transfer will be ingested without issue.
