Search for a User

The User Maintenance feature allows you to manage both customer users and fellow Bill Pay Portal Admins at your financial institution.

There are times when you may need to modify a user's profile, change their access, or make other general modifications for both customer profiles and for Admin profiles within your financial institution. 

To make those changes, you'll use our User Maintenance feature.

Search for a user

You may use the upper search bar to search by: User Name (login ID), Account number, Full Name or Home Address. 

Type one of these search criteria into the Search Users field, then click the Search icon.  Your results will display based on your criteria.

Tip: To search for only fellow admin users at your financial institution, check the Admin Only box to the right of the Search icon.

FI Admin users will be denoted by the icon to the left of their user name in the list.

Understanding user search results

Your user search results will display in the table below the search bar. The results include several details to help you make sure you've found the correct user:

  1. Customer name - this will be the user's full name as shown in online banking or in the user's Admin profile.
  2. Company - what company the user is affiliated with.
  3. Account Numbers - a list of account numbers associated with this user.
  4. Users - a list of all user login IDs associated with that customer/user. For instances where a customer has more than one user ID for their accounts, all users with account access will be listed.
