Viewing Referral Data in the Hub

Track your banker referrals, track your program health

Frontline staff are the lifeblood of a financial institution. Knowing if and when your staff are having Autobooks conversations can inform how you activate this crucial group: from staff training to incentive campaigns to performance reviews.

Small business referral data is accessible by users with Admin role types. This information is more robust than a simple list of customers that were referred to use Autobooks technology.

All data is available for download to a .CSV format. Click the download button in the upper right corner of the data table to download an export.

NOTE: Exports are limited to no more than 10,000 rows (or your ability to download a certain file size). To create a smaller download file, filter column views to show only the desired meaningful data you need.

Admins can take advantage of the data in a number of meaningful ways, including:

  • Identify customers that do (or don't) take payments via Autobooks for follow-up;
  • Identify which regions and/or branches are performing well in the program (and identify those that need some help);
  • Target additional product or sales training for those that need it most;
  • Evaluate an incentive program for frontline staff to promote Autobooks frequently

You are also able to drill into a specific customer record (click here to jump to the instructions).
