During the account setup process, the customer provides information to Autobooks about their business. Autobooks uses that data to underwrite the customer and arrive at a decision about whether or not to allow the merchant to accept digital payments using our payment processing tools.
Many businesses will be approved to process payments within seconds by our automated underwriting system, however some customer assessments require Autobooks to manually review the business details. Autobooks will email the customer to let them whether they have been approved or denied once our underwriting process is complete.
Note: While Autobooks is conducting our assessment, the customer may use all other features of Autobooks but they cannot accept payments.
