Autobooks works in conjunction with various payment processors through our financial institution and online banking partnerships. All processors have a specified end time (or cutoff) for the current business day's transactions to begin processing. Once the end time has been reached, current day payments will be batched and processing of payments will begin.
To create consistency, Autobooks will follow a payment processing cutoff time of 6pm ET for all payments to process. This means a payment must be triggered by the customer's client before 6pm ET to begin processing that same day.
If a payment is triggered after 6pm ET, the payment will be a part of the following day's batch process.
