Navigating the Progress Center (Frontline Banker view)

Help your customers make progress

Once you've submitted your customer lead, you may track your customers progress in using Autobooks. Just click on the Progress Center link on the left side navigation.

You can actively help your customer make progress to getting paid using our recommended actions for each status (recommendations appear below your  customer list).

  • Referred on: The date your lead was submitted to the Hub.
  • Status: this column indicates where the customer is within the enrollment process. Statuses include:
    • Referred - the customer has not yet enrolled in Autobooks.
    • Accepted Terms - the customer has accepted Autobooks terms and conditions, but has not yet submitted an application for payment approval.
    • Under Review - the customer's information is being reviewed by an Autobooks Onboarding Specialist and pending decision.
    • Approved - the customer has enrolled, but not yet accepted a payment using Autobooks.
    • Active - the customer has accepted at least one payment using Autobooks.
    • Denied - the customer was denied merchant approval. They are not able to process payments within Autobooks, but are able to use all other features.
    • Deboard - the customer has been removed and can no longer process payments. This may occur if the customer leaves your financial institution or requests to cancel their account.
  • Name: this is the customer's Company Name.
  • Email: the customer's email address.
  • Phone Number: the customer's phone number.
  • Matched on
  • Onboard Date: the date the customer enrolled in Autobooks.

  • Next Steps: send the customer an email or add missing info to their payment processing application.

Viewing a customer's Company Record

You can see detailed customer activity by clicking the Company Name in your lead list.

NOTE: Only customers that have accepted Autobooks' terms and conditions will have a link in the Name field.

Contact Information

  1. Company Info - lists the Company Name, Business Address, and Business phone number.

  2. Primary Contact - lists all contacts Autobooks has for that business record. The contact email and phone numbers will be listed, including their user roles.

  3. Business Type and SMB ID

Status Check

This section shows the customer's eligibility status for payment acceptance (including each type of payment), and other non-payment product features (if your financial institution offers them).

Overview

This section is a summary of activity, including: account balance, total payment volume, number of payments accepted through Autobooks, and the date of the last payment the business received.

Business Details

You can toggle between the tabs to drill down to the information you need. Let's take a look at each tab and what you can find:

  1. Payments - you'll find all your customer's activity when it comes to getting paid through Autobooks. Payments is broken down as follows:
    1. Status - you'll see the customer's status with Autobooks (this is the same status that is displayed in the Progress Center). You can see the customer'sprogress in enrolling, applying, and using Autobooks to get paid.
    2. Payment Sources - this section breaks down which way the customer got paid. From Invoicing to Payment Link, Tap to Pay or Checkout Pages...we've got it broken down.
    3. Processing Limits - expand this section to see your customer's transaction limits for both credit card payments and ACH.
    4. Payment Activity - see all individual payments that your customer has received, including the dollar amount and payment date.
  2. SMB_DetailView_PaymentsCapital - you'll find your customer's progress in using Autobooks Capital. The Capital tab is broken down as follows:
    1. Status - you'll see the customer's status for Autobooks Capital. This status is separate and distinct from their Payment status, as the approval process and usage are performed and tracked separately.
    2. Account Details - this section will show you the total dollar amount of the customer's Capital advance line, their current balance owed, and funds available for draw (if any).
    3. Advance Details - this section will break down each draw your customer has taken from their Autobooks Capital advance line.SMB_DetailView_Capital
  3. Balances - this tab contains a summary of the business' account activity (both checking and savings).
  4. Accounting - this tab contains a list of customer Balance Sheets by month for the current calendar year.
  5. Signals - this tab displays significant customer activity that signals an opportunity for outreach or further product penetration. See our article on Signal Deposits here for further info.
  6. Emails - this tab will contain a history of any emails you (or your Hub admin) have sent to the customer from the Hub.
  7. Notes - this tab contains any personal notes you've created for the customer's record.
