How Autobooks supports your customer

We don't just use that phrase for clicks on social media...we truly are obsessed with serving small businesses and being a part of what makes them succeed. Kind of like you!

We know small business owners are busy. Finding time to manage their business, care for their families, and even squeezing out a few moments of "me" time. Managing their business might happen before the household wakes up, or in between customer appointments, or even after dinnertime.

Because of this, Autobooks provides multiple ways to support our small business user's questions to meet them in their moment of need.

From within our application

Customers can search the Autobooks Support Center as they use our payment and bookkeeping tools. The Get Help tab will open our support center that houses our searchable step-by-step instructions.

From our Knowledge Base Library

Customers can open a support ticket directly from the Autobooks Support Center if they don't find the written help they need. Users can click the Submit a Support Ticket link at the top of the page and submit their question. An Autobooks Specialist will respond as quickly as possible.
