The Autobooks Hub allows you to customize your landing page dashboard views to reveal the data you find most important.
All Admin users of the Hub will be able to customize the existing landing page dashboard views for Enrollments and Payments plus create one bonus dashboard from a mix of data from our dashboard Tile Library.
Creating your own custom dashboard
Upon login, you'll see a new dashboard tab option of Create Dashboard.
- Click Create dashboard.
- Create a name for the new dashboard tab and create a name for the dashboard as it will appear on the page view.
- Click Create dashboard.
- Your dashboard will appear empty (except for the Dashboard title you selected). Now you'll fill your dashboard with the data you require from our data Tile Library by selecting Add Tile.
- You can filter the Tile Library view by selecting (or deselecting) the filters at left.
NOTE: You can add only one Premium tile to your dashboard at a time. You can add unlimited number of Basic tiles. For information on how to gain access to more premium tiles at once, click on Upgrade in your profile dropdown. - You can preview the look of any data tile before you add it (with your actual live data!) by clicking Preview within the tile. Once you've decided on using a tile, click Add to dashboard.
- Add one tile to your custom dashboard at a time. As you add more tiles, you can drag and drop them on the dashboard to arrange them as you see fit. You can also drag the corner of a tile to make it larger, small, or longer.
- If you want to remove a tile from your dashboard, simply click the trash can icon within the tile.
Adding custom tiles to the standard landing page dashboards
You can also add custom tiles to the Enrollments and Payments dashboards that come standard. To add tiles:
- Create your bonus custom dashboard to activate the Tile Library (see steps above for creating your bonus dashboard).
- After your bonus dashboard is created, you'll see the Add tile button on the standard dashboard views as well. Click Add tile to select more data tiles for your dashboards.
- You can select an unlimited amount of Basic tiles, and up to one premium tile at a time (for information on how to unlock more Premium tiles, check out the Upgrade page from your profile dropdown options).
- You can preview the look of any data tile before you add it (with your actual live data!) by clicking Preview within the tile. Once you've decided on using a tile, click Add to dashboard.
