Autobooks has created a new data category to support our Autobooks Capital product in the Hub: Capital Accounts. This table will contain detailed information regarding your business owners that are eligible and/or actively using the Capital feature.

Where you'll find the Capital Accounts data
- Click to expand the Data section in the left-hand navigation list.
- Click the Capital Accounts option to view your Capital data.
Data information within the Capital Accounts table
You'll find the following information in the Capital Accounts data table. Like all data tables within the Hub, you can export the data in a .CSV format for internal use.
- SMB ID - this is Autobooks unique customer identifier.
- Company Name - the name of the customer's business.
- Capital status - this is the latest status of the customer's Capital account.
- Invalid Terms - SMB is not eligible because they have not accepted terms and conditions.
- Accepted Terms - SMB has accepted terms and conditions but are not yet pre-qualified for Capital.
- Ineligible History - SMB does not meet account transaction history requirements.
- Ineligible - SMB does not meet other eligibility requirements.
- Prequalified - SMB is prequalified for Autobooks Capital.
- Under Review - the SMB application for Autobooks Capital is under review.
- Declined - the SMB application was declined.
- Approved - the SMB application was approved.
- Active - the SMB has taken a draw and has an active repayment agreement.
- Disabled - the SMB's Capital account has been disabled.
- Accepted terms - the date and timestamp when a SMB accepted Capital terms and conditions.
- Application submitted - the date and timestamp when a SMB has applied for Autobooks Capital.
- Total credit - the total dollar amount of the approved Autobooks Capital advance line.
- Capital account balance - the dollar amount that has been drawn from the Autobooks Capital advance line.
- Available for advance - the dollar amount still available for draws.
- Last draw date - the date the SMB took their most recent draw from their advance line.
- Last draw amount - the dollar amount of the SMB's most recent draw.
- Last transaction ID
